Marinate it in your favorite seasoning/ sauce
Heat grill to high temperature and sear backstrap on both sides no more than 2-3 minutes each side.
Remove from grill and let sit and settle at room temperature.
Thin slice medium rare meat and top with favorite sauce.
DO NOT OVERCOOK IT!!!

Do a search, it is usually discussed once a week especially during deer season.

Fried-- slice thin, soak in italian dress egg and milk, season flour a bunch, batter and fry.
Grill-- slice thick or cook in large chunks or whole. season well. grill, eat med. or med rare. Sometimes I get creative and stuff with Jal. or bell pepers, or peper jack cheese, or wrap with bacon. Its all good. Eat it while hot and dont over cook.
