Healthy(ish) Deer Meat Recipes?

Any good somewhat healthy recipe recs for ground deer meat and deer sausage? Usually do burgers, tacos, meatballs

Perhaps it's the weather, but I would make a good chili with it.

Sausage: Cabbage soup, sausage/mushroom/pepper sauté, sausage and eggs
Ground deer- Stuffed peppers (no rice), taco salads, cauliflower/ground deer skillet (sort of like hamburger helper but with cauliflower instead of noodle

How much fat is in the ground meat? Meatloaf is an option.

Spaghetti but use Spaghetti Squash instead of noodles

Taco bowls with sweet potato and cauli-rice
