Chinese can be healthy if you get just their steamed/stir fried veggies and something like pepper chicken or something with not a lot of sugary or fatty sauce. My favorite chinese is general tso's chicken but it's so bad for you

Yeah when I get Chinese I try to aske it in small portions since the stuff I like has the shitty sauce in it.
