guess i could get salads from the greek places.
Did you read the other comments? They were specifically saying not to do this unless you’re packing your own dressing. You’re probably doing decent if you’re getting a plate with chicken and tzaziki and veggies. It’s the salad and the hummus that turn Lebanese into 800+ if you’re not careful.
It sounds like you really like salads based on the other mentions. Why not make your own? It’s not like it’s “cooking”. Plus you can control the cheese, dressing, etc and you can load it up with minimal calorie things like zucchini, squash, mushrooms, asparagus...

Fastest way to weight loss is to cook your own food. Learn to make what you like, and you can control the calories and add protein when necesssary.
Greek salad isn't a bad thing--buy a damn cucumber or two, chop, chop a couple tomatoes, some chopped romaine, crumbled feta cheese, squeeze of lemon juice....put into a lidded container and shake. No dressing necessary--the juices from the tomatoes and lemon will combine with the crumbled feta to coat the other items.
Learn to love hardboiled eggs and tuna. Both are great sources of protein, inexpensive, and easy to make & carry along. Ditto for nut butters--go to Whole Foods and buy some of the freshly ground (almond or peanut), or buy a jar of preground that has no added sugar. An apple and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter make an excellent snack....if you're on the go, you can buy the small packets of nut butter to keep in your bag.
When you don't make your own food, you don't know what's in it. Cooking & packing a lunch is the easiest way to make sure you're eating healthy.

You can make your bowl as healthy as you want.
You basically choose the type of rice or noodles, protein and veggies.
Then they put it on the hibachi.

You can make anything healthy. Don’t put ranch on it.
