Yes I have. The perfectly cooked rice after browning all the meat and cooking the veggies is one of the best bites of food. Sometimes too much meat can ruin it.

Not to me. I cook a 3:1 jambalaya. The only time it's ever less than that is if it's a fundraiser and they want to maximize their profits.

Depends on the meat. Dry chicken? Keep it. No such thing as too much pork and sausage.
