Have grocery stores started putting organic produce towards the front of the store?

I was at Rouses on Carrollton earlier. I noticed today, organic shite was now located where the real man produce was.
I happened to look at the price of celery. It was almost $4. They almost got me.
frick that noise. Give me the shite that’s cheap and covered in pesticides.

I was in there today as well. Yes, the produce section is lining its shelves with the organic stuff more to the front.
I head to the middle and work my way back for my produce. I'm not paying crazy money for anything just because it's labeled "Organic".
I was in there one time last year and they had two older black ladies in the meat section and I overheard them talking in disbelief at the price of a chicken. Turns out it was one of those "Organic Chickens" that sell for close to $4 a lb. Right down the case was the Sanderson Farms chickens at $.99 a lb. and I directed them to those.
Now, that said, I'll buy the tomato paste, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes from Costo in quantity and they are labeled "Organic", but like most things at Costco, they are priced very reasonably, so I buy them. Besides, that's the only brand of that product they sell.

I will say that the only organically that I go out of my way to buy are full size carrots. They are seriously better and I am not sure why. They just taste like candy.

My HEB has. Organic is the first few sections of produce now. Immediately to the left of the entrance.

Kroger here has the organic at the front of the produce section and the affordable stuff in the back. Their produce manager is no dummy, because the price difference is significant.

Strawberries are better also, organic ones

5 yrs ago, the organic shite was tucked away in the corner. Now it’s front and center.
I may go talk to the manager about bringing the old days back. But I understand they’re in it for making money.
Pissed me off beyond belief that they swapped the locations without clearly displaying it.

Organic is the biggest scam of the consumer industry.
