First time smoking brisket on offset. Fire management is definitely more of a challenge over my green egg.

It definitely is. That's why I'm just using the pellet smoker this time. I put this ol' girl on Bout 4 hours ago. I just popped it open to give her a good spritz

Brisket came out very tasty. Struggled with the fire at times but overall really good.
