Yes. That is why I want to buy it. I want to sous vide it like them. They cook at 56*C for 1 hour I was told.

I think Rouses on Johnston carries them in the prepackaged meats.

I used to get it at Whole Foods all the time, but that was before they went downhill. I used to see Hanger, Tri-tip and other things there but they don't seem to carry them anymore. They've got signage up in two of the display cases where various meat used to be.
