Does anyone have a “go-to” ham recipe that they’d be willing to share? We usually just get a Honey Baked Ham and I usually smoke a whole turkey or turkey breast for Thanksgiving/Christmas. It’s hard to beat a HBH, but there is always a certain amount of satisfaction that cooking a ham yourself can bring you. We already have Thanksgiving worked out, so mainly just looking for something for this Christmas and beyond. TIA.

Smoke or bake at 225 for 3 hours cut side down in a deep foil pan.

Remove from pan. Place on sheet pan or similar.

Wet ham with drippings. Rub outside of ham generously with sugar mixture.

1 cup sugar - 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

I used this one last Thanksgiving. I got engaged that night so it must have been damn good

The recipe is for an Instant Pot, but you could obviously use an oven instead.
