Had a revelation tonight

Made crawfish etoufee tonight. Used kerrygold butter for the roux instead of the standard U.S. butter I normally buy. The difference was obvious. Can't believe it took me this long to find it. It was at least 4 stars. Delicious

I guess I need to try this. I usually get the big pack of butter at Costco that has like 20 half Cup sticks

Not sure about Costco price. But here it's twice the price of American butter
