This is the correct answer. With rice and more than likely, beer to accompany it, that is more than enough.
I cook for the New Orleans City Cup Darts Finals and at least 100 people show up and if I put out 4-5 gallons of gumbo with rice, people are happy. You should have more than enough with 4 gallons for that amount of people.
