Gumbo for 20-25 People-Fav Recipe?

Thanks for the link. Used this recipe today, maybe the best gumbo I’ve ever cooked. Only thing different I did was add a couple more cups of stock to keep good for later and the next day. Taste, color, and Consistency was perfect
