Lillian's Pizza is best pizza on that strip.
A little hard to find, kind of a hole in the wall, but worth it.

I used to frequent Doc's a good bit (15 or so years ago)....it has probably been 7 or so years since I have been there. The last few times I went I found that the overall "quality" went down....maybe it has gotten better?

I had some Lillian's just this past weekend....and yes, it was as great as ever!!
as far as a "family dining experience", we also enjoy going to Sea N Suds in Gulf Shores...it's on the beach (literally on TOP of the beach)....great views, laid back, decent food, cold beer....kids love it...

I don't know that Lillians is a hole in the wall. You should've seen their old location that Hurricane Ivan washed away, now that was a hole in the wall. The new place shines like a diamond in a goat's arse compared to the old place.
