Picked up some Grouper yesterday...how should I cook it?

Bake it.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with thinly sliced onions (paper thin if possilbe.
Cover with thinly sliced lemon (can uise lime).
Cover the lemon with freshly crushed garlic.
Cover with pats of butter.
Bake at 350 until fork tender and flakey.

Fish tacos. Season fish generously with salt and pepper, Sautee in cast iron skillet with butter (it's ok if fish breaks up into chunks) and squeeze limes over it. Serve on corn tortillas and top with a homemade salsa (one of the only times a like mango salsa is on fish tacos). Ice cold beer a must.

I've never made fish tacos with grouper. I'll have to try it. I always make them with redfish. I loves me some fish tacos!

Ended up baking it at 350.
seasoned it w/ prudhomme's seafood magic
tossed on sams club's salsa (it's very fresh veggies)
lemon juice
tabs of butter
baked til flaky
came out pretty good.

If you bake/roast till flaky it is overcooked. Fish should be slightly opaque, not all white.
