I'm looking for a good vegetable seasoning. I've tried the Mccormick ones, but have got tired of them. My usual go to is Cavender's Greek seasoning. I make most of my spice mixes so homeade ones will work also.

Cavender's with olive oil, and maybe a little more black pepper, is my go-to.

It varies with the vegetables. For asparagus, usually just kosher salt and cracked black pepper. For eggplant, Cavender's. For tomatoes, I add fresh herbs to S&P. I've never used Paul Prudhomme's Magic Vegetable seasoning, but that may be an option for some vegetables.

PP's vegetable magic is good stuff. I usually add a little black pepper with it though.
