I've got a few pheasant from last year that I want to grill for appetizers for a party I'm having this weekend. I'm looking for a marinade / sauce to baste them in while grilling. Im trying to get away from wrapping in bacon and stuffing with cream cheese and jalapeño.

The birds are skinned and I plan on cubing them up.

TIA

Lucky bastard. I haven't had pheasant in well over 30 years. My Dad and Brittany (spaniel) would bring some home from hunts and my Mom had a very good brown sauce recipe with olives. It was one of my favorite childhood dishes.

Can't help you on the marinade but here is a good Kabob recipe with a bonus pate recipe.

We cut the breast into strips and fried them a couple of weeks ago and they were excellent.
