Last time I was there was with a group of friends to watch the U.S.-England World Cup soccer match. My financee and I each had a burger and fries, maybe we got an app, I had three or four beers, she had two or three glasses of wine. Bill was damn near $100. Haven't been back since. There are many other better sports bars in town where you don't get ripped off.

Just as mentioned in sushi thread. This another largely now obsolete story of a place that once was the place to go(Wings, Salad, Pizza were underrated back in the day).
BR now with a Bulldog, Pluckers Two,etc..makes Pat's never-reinvested tired digs..somewhat obsolete.
Much better deals and dives now in modern-day BR.

It really boggles my mind that none of the customers there can differentiate between good beer and lines that haven't been cleaned since the Eisenhower administration. Hell, they probably don't care. No one goes there for the selection. One of these days, someone's going to pull a tape worm out of their draft

I've had the same problem. I won't open a tab there. Already dont like paying their prices for my own drinks. Sure as hell ain't paying for somebody else's.
