I've got bottles of Parish Grand Reserve from 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and of course 2016.
I've always bought two, one to drink, and one to keep.
How long can I hold these assuming they're stored properly?

I've had a 13 this summer and it was still very good
It was in the fridge so that helps
But for me the 2 yr mark is the sweet spot

How did you store them?

They're in a wine cooler that's full of reds. I think it's set at 57.
I need to just invite some friends over and sample all five

I have a bottle or two of 12 left somewhere if I can find it. I have been assuming it may be past its prime.

Hey I've got an idea --- why dont you invite a few guys over this month and crack them all, and then come back with a field report on the results.

You know, for science
