Good youtube how-to-cook channels?

I watched every "you're doing it wrong" videos and loved them. I'm interested in learning how to cook.

Its infinitly better than some random you're doing it wrong video on YouTube.

Alton Brown/Good Eats is on the mount Rushmore of cooking shows imo.

Too lazy to search for a link, but the old guy who cooks Louisiana food in his crappy old kitchen and calls you "boy" in all the videos, is gold. He's got about 100 vids now, last I remember.

His name is JB and some of his videos are pretty good, not Alton Brown good but entertaining none the less.

There is also a few videos called "She Cooks Cajun" that are good, I made the meatball stew thing she did and my family enjoyed it.

When I get home this evening i'll post the name of the old guy that calls everybody boy.
