Cinclaire and Freeman's will be the nicest places if you want to go that route.
Casual Places: Pepper's Pizzeria, Rotolo's, Big Mike's BBQ, La Casa, El Paso, Geaux Fish
They're all pretty solid depending on what you want.
My favorite burger is actually from Off The Hook. Get the Bon Temps Burger.
