Going to attempt to make the "Hand Grenade" - not the drink

I was watching some show recently and a place in Jersey has a sammich called the Hand Grenade. (Ribs, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and puree baked beans on a bun)

I am going to smoke my ribs first for couple hours then finish in the oven
