Not a recipe but some items to think about while developing your own seasoning recipe

Black pepper ~ Cayenne Pepper ~ White pepper ~ Garlic powder ~ Thyme ~ Oregano ~ Paprika ~ Onion Powder ~ Chili powder ~ Celery Seed.

Read the label of contents of different seasonings for additional ideas. ~ Add salt (if any) at the last. Don't get it too salty. You can add salt later if needed. (Edit:) Add salt later to the dish, not your seasoning blend)

Luck!

Celery Salt.
Granulated Garlic.
Onion Powder.
Dried Oregano.
Cheap Chili Powder.
Ground Black Pepper.
Cayenne.
Make a very small amount, and experiment. You can adjust the amounts to suit your Taste.

After reading Donald Link's cookbook I have been making my own and tweaking it to my liking.

The original Tony's recipe is in the TD Recipe book. Just use it, but cut out as much salt as you desire.

As far as Slap Your Mama, my Mama won't let me use it because of the name.
