Champagne...souffle potatoes.....goutte plate.....another bottle of Champagne......grilled pompano with crabmeat.....sweet potato cheesecake.....coffee (or cafe brulot). Galatoire's is my favorite restaurant and this is what I get most of the time. But the waiter (we get Casey) will steer you in the right direction on what is good that night.
