Looks like construction to retro fit this space into retail is about underway.
Once complete, Lululemon will be moving in and vacating their smaller space across the parking lot.
I’m sure the finished product will look great.

It was such a neat building. I don't know why that other restaurant closed in the patio.

I can’t remember the number but they spent an absurd amount of money just to renovate it. It’s not surprising they didn’t make it.

The number I always heard was 250k. That place was a disaster from the start.

GALATOIRE'S was horrible all 4 times that I went there..it was very poorly managed and the food was very mediocre at best
But it's a great building and location for a resturant...hate to see it turn into retail
