Boudin and Cracklin is just way too cheap and done better at a place that has been doing it for 50 years every time. Now If I lived out of state I would feel differently.. Still wouldnt bother making my own cracklin though I know how but F that.

Sushi rolls.

Much easier and probably cheaper to just go to a sushi restaurant. It's really not worth the hassle.
