I don't buy alot of fish from the store, but these were on sale and says product of USA so I got them.

What would F&DB do with these?

I think the last time I ate flounder I was living in Charleston and a lunch spot by my office had a fried flounder sandwich on the menu that was delightful, so that's where I'm leaning at the moment.

I just made fish tacos and they were great. And that was with tilapia... flounder would be great.
