Not likely. If they haven't replaced their leadership by now, I don't see them doing it later. They can run the company into the ground however they want. It's a privately held company.

I mispoke earlier. It wasn't founded as a family business. I'm also not positive that it's since been bought out by a family and become a family business because it's a private company and the major shareholders aren't public. However, a guy named Kruse was hired to run the company in the late nineteen-teens, his sons took over when he died of cancer in the late 50's, and the guy in charge now is named Kruse.
This current Kruse hasn't been summarily dismissed by the board of directors for allowing this debacle to happen and the company has chosen to protect itself by slashing its workers throats with layoffs, furloughs, and reported salary cuts for those still around and responsible for cleaning up this mess. Yet Kruse still is in control.
Draw your own conclusions.
