I'll probably get downvoted, but I do them just like fish. Rub with mustard, shake in the flip-n-fry, then drop in the fryer until they float.

I've tried other methods, but this is the way my kids want them, so this is what I do.

I've been frying pork chops my whole life with no breading whatsoever. Didn't realize I was in such a minority.

I use seasoned flour, egg wash, and then roll in flour again before frying.
