Friday Lent lunch specials

Are there any decent Lenten seafood lunch specials for a business lunch that aren’t $20+ a plate in Baton Rouge? Not looking for a seafood platter, and certainly not asking for a lecture on Lenten eating. Thanks in advance.

Bergerons City Market has fried fish on fridays even not during lent. Plate are about $14 with drink.

If you’re near a Cafe Phoenicia, their seafood entrees are excellent and just under $20. The Shrimp & Crawfish Diablo, Eggplant Napoleon, and Shrimp Tortellini have been excellent every time I’ve had them.
