If you ever have the opportunity to make it to this little hole in the wall taco shop in Southlake, your taste buds will thank you. You'll never eat at Chipotle again. Voted Top 10 street tacos in Tarrant County (that's saying a lot.) Their barbacoa tacos are insanely good, as are the burritos.

No doubt, huh? It's on the corner of Bank St. and Southlake Blvd....kind of hidden away. Worth the find though. BYOB if want, too. You get a free cup of tasty beans with meal. Snag some sauces out of the fridge in the VERY small dining area. These are by far the best tacos I've ever eaten. Make sure to get the Queso Frezko on your tacos (the crumbled cheese.)

Yea I just looked it up. Right by my buddy’s parents house at Timarron. Might have to check it out next time I’m in that area.

Is velvet not good? I’ve never been but 6 different people have told me it’s great.
I loved tacos y mas. This hole in the wall in Emory about and hour and 15 east of Dallas is my favorite spot though. I go there during work all the time.

Dallas people have shitty taste in food and beer....except me. Velvet is gringo tacos.
Dallas people love Mi Coccina too.....don't believe them. Check out Revolver Taco in Deep Ellum for Al Pastor and Carnicita. Taco's Mariachi for seafood as well as the meats....other great places are Trompo, Taquero, El Si Hay and El Come. My favorite these days in Tacos Mariachi and maybe Taquero. Taquero is in the barrio on Singleton but we sat outside and ate there a few weeks ago and it was fine.....some sketchiness walking around though....just like Southlake.Posted on 11/13/17 at 5:18 pm to Zappas Stache
