I've seen it for awhile and decided to stop on by and wow I can't believe i've never been. Food was pretty darn good for a "fast food" chain type place. Tried a Chicago Dog and one of their cheeseburgers. Fries were decent too. Split a custard sundae. I think i'll be making a return trip.

Wish we have one of these in N.O. or a steak and shake.

Reminds me a lot of Steak n Shake, but pricier. That Hawaiian concrete (add banana) is legit.

The wife and I went to the Siegen one a few weeks ago to try it out. I didn't expect to be as impressed as I was. The food was very good and the employees were actually very well mannered (as far as fast food employees go). I would put them on par with your typical Chick Fil A employee.

Every single person there was hustling. Our food took a little longer than expected (not unreasonable by any means) and the manager or owner brought us a few free custard coupons.

We will definitely be back if we are on Siegen at lunchtime again.

Can't stand their burger or fries. Just tasted like pure salt. Shakes and desserts were fantastic though.
