Headed up Thursday-Sunday and would love to check out several breweries. There appears to be plenty to choose from, but I was hoping y'all could steer me in the right direction.

Never been to any in FW, but Deep Ellum Brewing in Dallas was excellent.

have taken a day trip out to granbury and the Revolver Brewery it was a nice day. will probably put you out of the way of a lot.
T&P tavern is cool. old train station converted into a bar.
