I typically use 2.5 to 3 cups of Zat's liquid in my first pot.

I’m the chackbay King
For a sack, put 1 and half bags of chackbay, 2 one pound cannisters of salt, and 8 oz of liquid boil

I think I use 2 cups Otis on the liquid. Generally I taste the water and adjust. Seems like I’ve used 2.5 to 3 cups when I only have one bag of Chackbay to toss in the pot. My crew here at the house like them spicy. I always try to use 2 bags of Chackbay though which replaces the cayenne I used back in the day before you told me to give your recipe a try. After I tried your recipe that’s how I always boil them now because they turn out damn good.

Same kind of mix here. Liquid, Chackbay, red pepper and/or Proboil, plus the other add in's...lemons, onions, garlic, juices, etc.
