Food Pornography - Specifically Bacon Porn (No photos)

I have admired Hattiesburg Restaurateur, Robert St. John for years. In my opinion, he does it the right way. If you have never bee to any of his (5?) restaurants in Hattiesburg, you should consider a road trip. I would recommend one of them for you, but we have eaten in all of them and they are all special in their own way.
Where is the food porn? This week, Robert wrote about his relationship with Tennessee Bacon Producer, Allan Benton. If you are a reader, you might enjoy one food guy talking about another food guy that he admires, and the bacon that second guy smokes.
