Easy to say, but hard to do in a country where one cannot purchase a bag of flour.
I kid you not, I wanted to make biscuits, so I have hit an average of one store per day for two weeks, and I have been unable to find and purchase one, single, solitary bag of all-purpose flour.
Oddly, there is usually a bag or two of masa on the shelf.
Granulated sugar has been hard to find.
Took me a week to find eggs.
Link sausage is like gold bullion.
Tortilla end-cap has been empty for days.
Crazy.

The Rouses near my house has tons of AP and self rising flour, but no bread flour on hand----but they had no yeast the last 2 times I went in.
Guess folks are deciding to make their own bread since they also have little to no sliced bread on hand other than burger and hotdog buns.

Just think, while you were laughing at folk for panic shopping they bought your flour.

is this corona related or are you in like Venezuela?
Also, do you need a full bag of flour weekly?

Aren’t you the stupid frick that admitted to eating a spoon full of roux and not being able to figure out why it didn’t taste good. Maybe go back to spamming the poli board

Have you tried going to the grocery store? That's where I usually buy my flour and I've had a lot of success with that approach.
