First time at Restaurant R'evolution tonight... what to get?

The entire menu looks fantastic. We'll be getting there ahead of reservations to try some cocktails at the bar.
Any recommendations on cant miss entrees? I already know I'm getting death by gumbo for the app. Any suggestions appreciated!

Everything I've had there has been delicious. Try whatever you're in the mood to eat.

This, and I recommend the crab beignets. And.....mmmmm, they make some Steins cane syrup butter for your bread. So good! Drinks are good too. Enjoy and come back tomorrow and let us know what you got and how it was.
