Son and I picked a gallon of dewberries today at the farm. Should be a nice surprise for Easter lunch dessert at my grand parents. Anybody do anything besides cobbler?

Make a sweet cornbread and scatter a layer of berries on top, then sprinkle with a tablespoon of coarse sugar. Bake as usual.

Juice a bunch of them and use it in a cocktail.

I attempted to ferment some last year. One batch was fantastic. The other I dumped due to suspect smells.
