What places should I not leave Phoenix/Scottsdale without having tried? Are there any can't-miss restaurants? I'll be there for almost a week, so I have time to try a lot of places. Definitely looking more in the fast-casual price range, but might be able to afford a couple nice meals too.

I could also maybe use a rec for Sedona and Flagstaff.

Old Town Gringos in Scottsdale is the LSU bar

This won't be helpful for what you want..or at all but's worth mentioning. I went to a bar in Scottsdale once that had the most hilarious special I've ever seen. It was called the RETOX special:
can of PBR, a shot of jameson, and a cigarette.

There’s a Whataburger right near ASU’s campus that I always go to. Of course, I’m from Chicago, so a bit less-frequent that I get to go.
