I wasn't feeling the festival food so I went a couple blocks away to Pho'Tastic and had a bowl of noodles. 5 pieces of meat in a large pho, probably the least amount I've ever had. I sat at the counter on the window which was an excellent place to people watch.

Chargrilled oysters from Teak's were good. 7$ for 4 oysters and a piece of bread. Hubby didn't like the blackened tuna wrap though.
