What’s the word? I saw that Felix’s opened. How’s the menu? I have not been to Felix’s at any location so would be interested to know how it compares to the blue crab, R&O’s, Deanne’s and NO seafood & Spirits for that area.

We went the weekend before last and I thought overall the experience was pretty good.
For as busy as they were, the service was very good and the staff seemed to all be very nice and engaging.

As for the good, it was about what I expected. Roast Beef po-boy was pretty good. Can't remember at the moment what the other's had, but no complaints.
The oysters will be a hit here.

I also noted that the sell frozen bushwackers at the downstairs bar.

I think it's a much better option that Brisbis had become. It was a little pricier than I was expecting with the RB po-boy being $13.50(included average fries). I noticed the red beans and rice at $12.95 as another high item.

I'm sure their insurance/lease is sky high, so it is what it is.

Good, but not great. Prices are better than Brisbi's so that will certainly help them and the food is a little better. We sat on the upstairs patio and had the same awkward and clueless waiter we had the last time we ate at Brisbi's (pretty sure he has Asperger's).

If not for the location/ambience on the lake it would be hard for me to go their regularly.

I’m interested in going back to try some of their boiled stuff. For some reason they said they didn’t have the approval to start boiling seafood yet. That was the weekend before last.
