re: FB’sD - thirsty Thursday

Cleaning out the stash of beer. Some things just need to be consumed because they are either not worth saving longer or are past their prime. This is not one of my preferred Hill bottles. But I’ve also never had it with almost two years of age on it.





This beer doesn’t rate for me fresh. But at this point it’s delightful. What Hill does with wild yeast is amazing.
