Those rototaps are awesome, perfect pour ever time and very little waste, but they are super pricey.
The ones they have installed that allow for flow rate adjustment are about $120 a piece.

Couldn't agree more. Simple set up with minimal distance between the kegs and the taps, and everything is nice and clean.
Would like to see a digital taplist, though, so you can tell which kegs are about to blow, and which ones are freshly tapped.
