Didn't have a FBD last night at all not even a FDD. I don't know what's come over me?

I didn't have anything to drink Sunday or Monday, if it makes you feel any better!

You ain't kidding. Sunday Funday just isn't as good without some Bloody Mary's after church and some Mojitos doing yard work and a Quad with dinner.

Okay seriously, I just rarely drink much on Sundays... Friday nights and Saturdays though.

It went pretty well... got it a little too cold though when I added the extra water, need to check on fermentation today.

Also ended up with a lower OG than I was expecting... might be closer to 6% than 7%.

What style were you shooting for?

I don't think too cold would be a problem. Better than too hot. Might just take a little while longer to start.

It should be a Belgian Dubbel... was at about 61 degrees... will probably give it a good stir this afternoon. I think it'll be fine.

Hope it turns out.

I probably should have just not pitched it until this morning, and thrown out that starter. I have another pack of the same yeast if I need it.
