Austin Beer Works Heavy Machinery DIPA is the best IPA brewed in Texas. May only be able to get it at the brewery, but it's pretty cool and worth a trip up there.
Eta: and their Sputnik stout is tight to. Had the "Sputnik on coffee" at the brewery and it was reaaaalll tight.
