It's pretty good. I get a lot of grain and caramel. Like you said, not very tart. It's definitely different from most prairie sours.

Yea, I liked it despite expecting something different. I'll buy it again knowing what to expect. I'm kind of a Prairie fan boy so I wanted a second opinion.
