TBD Four Squared....I'm taking that sixer of deep ellum ipa back to the store tomorow and leaving a biting comment on their facebook page.....I will have to use my wife's fb as I don't have one.

4BD is a La Fin du Monde. This beer has been in my rotation for many years and it still satisfies.

I wasn't aware cork cages had to be stamped by a structural engineer.

Little known bit of Oklahoma trivia....all engineer and architects stamps have the image of Barry Switzer surrounded by a garland of tiny, dancing bob stoops.

Wookey is very good but I like Double Jack better. I'm an IPA purist.

I knew it was Switzer in the middle, but I could never make out the garland. Thanks for the clarification.
