FBD: DR 12
SBD: Green Flash IPA...I love their red and DIPA, but I just don't love their IPA. Not my favorite.
Third and Fourth: SN PA

RDS DC...THanks for the Isaac updates. I'm praying that living in Lake Charles, and in the middle of bricking my new home, that this thing disappears. Wishful thinking!

Unless you or s14 tell me differently, I haven't had that one. What can you compare it too?

It's an imperial porter in my mind. Not sure what to compare it to. A hopped up dark beer, so I think you guys will like.

That does sound good. Bring a couple with you to work tomorrow and I'll come by and get them.

Tried the gf's Coffee Porter for the first time last night... still was a little warm and undercarbonated but I really liked where it was headed.

A few more days in the kegerator and it'll be badass.

She's getting into it... I helped a bunch but it is her beer. She almost always helps me when I brew also.

Boo, I am not looking forward to no electricity. My neighborhood seems to be the last to recover every storm.

Yeah, you will have it rough, bigger older trees and above ground lines.

I have no idea about my current place, I wasn't living here for Gustav, but I was in Kenilworth and we lost power for 10-ish days.

I'm just going to fill an extra 5-gallon keg with water just in case.

Yea this evening is all about filling up some unused beer equipment with water. Also moving all beer stuff inside so it doesn't get blown away. Depending on if we get the "don't come in to work tomorrow" email, I will probably brew in the morning. Get another beer going.

Really thinking about trying to figure out a way to collect hurricane water to use as brewing water. That would be a fun backstory to a beer.
