He is a very strange guy. He has lived in his house for at least 30 years. But he always has other people living there.... No biggie. We walk by at midnight and he will be out with a pick axe working in his yard. He had a 3' tall wall with plants growing around his property which is what code enforcement got him on. Apparently you can build soviet architecture townhouses but can't do Funky 3'walls. Sorry for venting .
