FBD: Since It’s Friday, 3pm, and No one has done it

FBD was a Narwhal Stout this morning when I threw two pig asses on the smoker.
Five hours on, and I’m happy with my bark. Now wrapping in butcher paper to finish cooking. I like the butcher paper wrap because the meat can still breathe; therefore not losing that outside bark.
