FBD was a Vicinity out at the Trillium Garden on a god damn gorgeous day. The Garden fawks haaaaaard this year. Yesterday was busy as hell -- sold the most beer that's ever been sold there.
Grabbed an Equilibrium Mobius at a bar afterwards and just made it home. Contemplating NBD. Tomorrow is a field trip to the amusement park where I'm only responsible for 3 7th graders, and it's the last week of school. Life does not suck.

Does your fall semester end in late January, too. Here it sucks that the semester carries over the winter break.

We start at the end of August. As I recall, we finished our first term (we have trimesters) and sent out report cards like the first week of December. So there’s a Christmas hiccup in there for sure, but it’s not so bad.
NBD is a Permutation 44
Rumor has it this one started out as the first run of Congress Street with the new fermentation profile. As the story goes it didn’t quite hit final gravity, but they thought it tasted great so they decided to package it as part of the Permutation series. I can confirm that it drinks like a fruitier expression of Congo that drinks much lighter than what I’m accustomed to. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. There’s been a shitload of it sold at the Garden.

Damn baw. I’d say I’d give you the royal treatment, but I won’t be out there on Thursday. You’ll dig it. The weather has been 10/10 all weekend, so hopefully that stays true for you.
If you’re going out to the Garden, don’t sweat it if you see a line. That line gets crushed fast. Longest it has been all season was like 20 minutes, and that was because reasons. Generally you’ll be in there in like 10-15 mins. Pro tip is get there before 4 and you can get in before the crowd. Once work lets out shite gets wild.
